.Net Portal Update - 25th April 2010
Finally, we have reached there, well "almost" there. We know that it has been very painstakingly long wait for the community, but I would venture to say - that it has all been worth, every penny of it. The new .Net CMS is all ready to go live. We are running few test cases on it before doing a public release. As a matter of first public test case, we are going to move the current existing Ezboxx.com website over to new .Net CMS.
To view full details and some exciting screen shots, please go to following thread -
Beta 3 is now nearing completion and will be released to our beta team on January 17th.
The main highlights of the new beta include...
Articles Module Integrated
Improved Forums Module
News Module Integrated
Asset Support Modules - drop assets (videos, images files etc) onto items such as articles and news items
Beta 3 will be close to including all of the features that we planned for the initial Public Beta release. We do expect to have 4th private beta version at the end of January but that will mainly be bug fixes with only a few small new features.
We hope to move to a public beta in early February
Beta 2 is now available to our testers in the beta forums. AN updated version of the diagnostics view is now also available, this will let the testers delve way down into the heart of the code and provides a reporting and error tracking system.
Lastly we've updated the Ezboxx.Anthem codebase to version 0.6.1 this is to fix a few small bugs in the 0.6 release.
The Team have release Anthem v0.6 and it is available for download in the forums. A list of changes is detailed in the download thread.
