Posted 2010-07-25 11:54 AM Subject: Tickets - Support I have had two tickets open months. One from APril and One from June. I am hoping to get a resolution soon. I have already lost an account I was unable to get setup. As it stands my two primary issues are:
No ability to FTP to http://www.weirdave.com
In Plesk cant change user name or password either. That process gives me the error message: "Error: Unable to update hosting preferences: The following system user attributes were not changed: login (Class not registered (COM Error 80040154) at Can't CreateInstance(psa.scheduler.device.PSASchedulerCollection))"
Can not create a new account or once I do create the account unable to FTP to it. Tried http://www.awmusic.com
