I logged a ticket on the 25th of May for an issue we (metropower.org.uk) have with email functionality.
This issue marked 'urgent' on the ticket system is STILL an issue.. I assume Rolly is on extended vaction as I have had no response to the PM I sent him (via ticket system) on the 13th of JUNE!
We need to get this up & running ASAP.
Having looked at past threads on this forum & others, it may be something I can look at via the plesk control panel.. however I do not have the correct access details & our site owner (registered on here as 'metropower') has forgotten those details.
If I can have those access details for our portion of your web server - I will attempt to fix this problem myself, which has seemed to have had you guys stumped for nearly 2 months!

Hi mutts Your disappointment is understandable. We have been struck with some issues on server which have prevented us from making any changes on mailing system. Utmost priority was to avoid any downtime. Not that it excuses us from not keeping up the communication on tickets, tis just that it has been very consuming time-wise as well as mentally. Allow us a day today to solve the issue. There are a couple of more accounts with similar issue related to mailing system. We are in the process of fixing them all up.

Email issues on forum have been sorted and ticket has been updated. Other issues are being worked on.

Thanks very much Rolly / people.. everyone on the MP forum forwards their thanks.
Been a problem for ages apparently (even before our domain change) but its finally working for people. Just a shame it took a while to sort having submitted the problem.. esspecially if others were submitting the exact same problem.
Still.. sorted now so were happy. |
